  Favorite restaurant in Laredo, though too expensive. Other than Tack Room at La Posada, the only really upscale, first-rate restaurant I've encountered in several lengthy visits to Laredo. Service varies, could use a kick in the [behind] once in a while to be more welcoming and gracious, as well as attentive. Pete Mims, the owner, is a good guy.

  Awesome experience. Our waiter Ramon, was excellent. He had extensive knowledge on just about everything on the menu, plus the drink menu. He was willing to answer any questions we had pertaining to food, drink, and desert selection. Everything he suggested was right on the money. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better and friendlier experience. The hostess even chose a perfect spot for us by the window. Excellent.

  Hometown flavor with some cues of different places, brews, and twist of flavor. Give them a shot!
  
  I'm happy to see a place like this in my hometown keeping a hometown twist on variety of food.
  
  The foundry shrimp appetizer with hollandaise sauce was unexpectedly good. Service was good and helpful with recommendations. Had lunch with family but hear the atmosphere changes at night and a bit more social.
